This area produces Chardonnay very different from the Cote Des Blancs: vinosity and structure are characteristics. Golden green colour, white flowers on the nose with biscuit aromas, exceptional structure for a Blanc de Blancs. This is a rich Chardonnay with ripe apple, white nectarine, floral and lime back palate. Salivating delicious clean finish.
