Dosage 5 g/L
Pale golden hue, sparkling and luminous, with green reflections. In the glass, a delightful effervescence forms a fine bead.
Fresh, expressive nose with notes of freshly cut almonds and candied citrus fruits.
A full- bodied palate with silky smooth structure. Delicate notes of white fruits, with a dense and bright finish, lifted by hazelnut and acacia flower.
Plumm Wine List Three – No 2
The bowl shape of No 2 is amplifies aroma by capturing primary fruit characters and allows the champagne to open up in the glass. There are three drill marks at the bottom of the bowl which help to maintain the bead, while the polished rim ensures ideal palate delivery.
Developed in collaboration with leading Australian sommeliers, Plumm Three No 2 is crafted from ultra-fine, lead-free, dishwasher-safe European crystal and features and elegant pulled stem for beauty and strength.
