100% Chardonnay situated in the heart of Chouilly Grand Cru, blended with 35% of precious reserve wines. Production of 10,000 bottles.

Dosage 5 g/L
Pale golden hue, sparkling and luminous, with green reflections. In the glass, a delightful effervescence forms a fine bead.
Fresh, expressive nose with notes of freshly cut almonds and candied citrus fruits.
A full- bodied palate with silky smooth structure. Delicate notes of white fruits, with a dense and bright finish, lifted by hazelnut and acacia flower.
